Bonita Springs is not a Small Business Friendly City

Read this post, whether you are a small business or a Bonita citizen being harassed or screwed with. Maybe we can stop it.

Illegal is illegal and wrong is wrong.  An example of illegal to me is a code enforcement officer making up rules and ordinances as they wish and  then enforcing the rules they made up, to harrassing people.. 

I have lived in Bonita Springs for at least 38 years. I have a small business in Bonita Springs. I have been doing the same thing for almost 10 years.  This December will be 10 years to be exact. Now after 10 years of doing the same thing Code Enforcement has decided that my business is against Bonita Ordinances. They have harassed me in previous years but I would show them the ordinance showing I was okay to do what I was doing and they would go away. Now they will not go away... You see I have about 6 or 7 houses in my neighborhood with older retired people that do not want me to make a living. They have nothing better to do than complain. One of them is this bald headed short old man that resembles Mr. Peanut named Stanley Haskins. Stanley goes door to door in my neighborhood trying to entice people harass Code Enforcement and myself, so Code Enforcement will harass me. Stanley Haskin who resides at 12253 Isabella Dr. Bonita 34135 (Last known phone number 330-201-3799) even handed out  the code enforcement  officer names and phone number at a neighborhood meeting trying to get people to complain about me. Stanley Haskins is your typical bad neighbor as many people in my neighborhood will agree. I am not the only person that he harasses. He goes through peoples yard day and night even at 4:00am to  find fault and screw with people. Now you would think code Enforcement would tell the people that call about me to go pound sand. He is not doing anything wrong, but not anymore...

Code Enforcement is coming after me illegally. Supervisor Tony Backhurst and CE officer Michael Guerrero are making their own rules up and want us to follow it. Is your code Enforcement officer doing the same thing? BS ordinances mean nothing to them. Screwing with me and you does... When I ask Michael a question he replies to me "Go ask Tony." Michael does what he is told, period. Without thinking like a good follower.

Are you tired of being harassed and screwed over by Bonita City or Bonita Springs Code Enforcement? Or as they call it now Bonita Springs Neighborhood Services. Which is in my opinion a joke name and should probably be called Bonita Springs Neighborhood Harassment Services to be more exact in what they are now doing.  The code enforcement supervisor is Tony Backhurst. My opinion of the supervisor Tony is not good. In all of my conversations with Tony I have realized that I could not believe him as he would constantly change what he would tell me or just plain mislead me. If you consider this lieing, I would agree. Tony along with his code enforcement officer Michael Guerrero have been harassing me since they both started working in my area not to many months ago. I cannot believe a word either of them say.

I had a Code Enfrocement hearing on August 2nd, 2018 and code enforcement officer Michael Guerrero lied with almost every word he said and his lies cost me a $250.00 fine.  I called Michael a couple of days after the hearing to give him a chance to vindicate himself as I wondered if he possibly was just mistaken about what he testified to concerning me parking on grass. He made it very clear to me that his lie was going to stand as his testimony. Perjuring piece of crap that he is.  

When my attorney talked to the new city attorney Carly Jeanne Sanseverino, who is one year out of law school and went through 4 jobs in 2017 make that 5 jobs as she started working in Bonita in December 2017    https://www.linkedin.com/in/cjsanseverino/     She told my attorney that  I would of been better off not showing up at the August 2nd hearing and that the hearing verdict was already set. What! Is the system so corrupt that the hearing  verdict is already  done before the hearing? My attorney walked away from Carly and told me I was screwed and the City of Bonita has it out for me.

Is this what is called corrupt? City attorney Carly Jeanne Sanseverino also mentioned my brother who has been a thorn to the city for a while now concerning the city giving away property they did not own. So now the City of Bonita is after me because of my brother. Carly did talk about my brother to my attorney.

Bonita City is out to screw me...... is this our city now? Again I have been doing my legal thing for 10 years and now I am being screwed with, harassed, badgered, lied to, fined, pushed around.

I am sick and tired of Bonita Springs Code Enforcement harassing me. I was informed by my nephew about a year ago that code Enforcement was harassing people that have businesses off Strike Lane and all over Bonita.

I wonder if they ever expected anyone to do a website about them. I have purchase five domain addresses.

I also wonder if they know that I have full intention of suing Bonita Springs City for their actions. If my November 2nd. hearing finds me not in compliance. I do not like bullies and intend on facing the bully head on. I love Bonita Springs but I do not believe anymore that Bonita still loves us.
